Currently, when the source or the target of a Generalization changed, we use the default Papyrus EMF transactional Merger. 
We should provide a specific merger which will use a ReorientRelationShipRequest to do this merge in order to clean properly the diagram

Done in R8482 + define a Customization for the AbstractDiffElement
I don't close this bug, because I did implements JUnit tests

I close the task, which is deprecated anyway, since the migration to EMF Compare 2.x
