Description: 
In the preferences of the Java Editor Templates, there is a table containing 
the template name, context and description. In all these templates, the 
description should be translated. 
For example while talking about "for" templates (there are 3 of them), only the 
description makes possible to distinguish them unless you look at the code. 
These description really should be translated but the files containing these 
description hasn't been sent for translation. 
Please advise.  

Steps to recreate problem: 
1- Go to window -> Preferences 
2- Expand Java then Editor in the left pane 
3- Select Templates

This is a JDT issue. Please also give a more descriptive title - it is much 
easier for us to peruse problems and assign them when the titles are better.

This is the same problem as in bug# 38277

Kai - Martin has investigate into a fix for the code generation templates. The 
same fix can be applied to templates as well.
