We should be using the link field type for this field.

I discovered this after running the project import again and discovering a URL being set by one project which is over the 255 character limit for a text field.

Marking as fixed

The field_release_noteworthy field is now of Link type and can store 2048 characters.  The import has been updated as well to reflect this.
