 To evaluate one constraint a console has been done. It use OCL evaluation

the evaluation of constraint is satisfied into papyrus due to bugs in OCL

Bug 382978 No implementation for 'UML::uml::Element.getAppliedStereotypes()'

Bug 382981 allInstances does not run when a profile is applied
--> this operator is very important to get all element that have an applied stereotype
