The list of keybindings on the "Keys" preferences page does not scroll correctly. This makes the Keys preference page largely unusable.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "Keys" preference page
2. Click on one of the keybindings in the list.
3. Press "down" on the keyboard to see the selection move downwards.
4. When moving past the end of the list, the list scrolls to the top, leaving the selection outside the visible area.

Bogdan, I've noticed this as well.  

If I bring up the keys pref page, scroll down, and click on Build All, Build All is selected but the scrollbar jumps back to the beginning of the list.
