I was looking at it before RCs, but finally managed to finish the work. Changes include:
- adding the key navigation
- adding selection model
- adding default situational actions (start/stop)
- moving item actions to the page toolbar

Do we need a selection based edit command when the link is already there in the list?

The Edit link is just the legacy from the previous version. We should remove it.

Released. See commit 33a5d93139bc8bf519d8379e5e4155a3b64051a0. Now we can open separate bugs for further improvements on the page.
