Because of the following metamodel changes : 

351802: [Constraints] The Property View constraints model should be more generic
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=351802

the 0.8.X properties views are not compatible anymore with Papyrus 0.9.X. Papyrus should provide a tool to migrate the properties views configuration files (*.ctx).

Done in r8246

The migration tool is provided as an extra plug-in, and is not automated. It provides a popup menu on *.ctx files, to migrate the file to Papyrus 0.9.X
