Steps to reproduce : 
	1/ Create a class diagram with 2 classes
	2/ Select these 2 classes
	3/ Do "Ctrl+Arrow Up"  -> nothing is done, but the Align Top action is eanbled.
	
After some investingations, I found that the problem comes from the context on which is declared the keybinding : the gmf diagram context and the class diagram context are not activated...

Workaround commited in R8233, but I don't know why know it worked in Indigo and it doesn't work in Juno.
