Can you start the filename with an alphabetic character?

I tried using a downloaded zip autogenerated form orionhub that was named 7D.zip but it did not work. This was for use with a Blackberry command line application.

The filename is just the folder URL, but for the root case the folder URL is a hash. We could come up with a different name for the root case.
