A separator with title is often a good replacement for group boxes. It helps 
developers align grouped components, where the Group prevents many developers 
from aligning components inside the group with other elements outside the 
group.

You may consider providing an option for the title's position: left, middle, 
right, default.

This is related to rfe#38058: "overuse of group boxes".

In Photon a Group box looks pretty much like a separator with title.
I think JFace could provide this feature, not SWT.
