Description libing wang CLA 2012-06-07 16:11:37 EDT
When I open navigator the first time when there is no previous selection, the light blue is highlighted at the first row.
I need to either use arrow key or click on it again to get it selected.
I think we need to have the first row always selected if there is no previous selection.

Targeting to RC2 because I think it may be a bad usability.
Although ctrl+click can still make no selection in navigator but I think in most cases there should always be a selection.

Bug 380687 addresses wider range of selection policy but I think this one is quite a narrow and specific one.

yep, this helps with the discoverability of selection actions, too.
So on git status, for example, the user would see the stage button and not have to know to make a selection to find it.

I am moving this to 1.0 as we will refine the selection model a a whole thing.
