On the same page we describe what we are creating as a patch, a feature patch, a plug-in and a feature.  Should be consistent.

A feature Patch ID is mandatory and must comply with the plugin.dtd.

A feature Patch Name is the translatable presentation name of the plug-in. This field is required.

A feature Patch Vendor is the translatable name of the feature vendor. This field is optional.
