I can change the state of an anomaly when the review is in completed state. This should not be allowed.
To reproduce:
1- Informal review
2- Create anomalies
3- Adjust the state of the anomaly to FIXED
4- Progress the review to completed
5- In the R4E navigator view, right click on an anomaly not DISABLE
--> The menu open and you can change the anomaly state to ASSIGNED  !!!
Note: I notice that the DISABLE anomaly does not have the pull-down menu, so you cannot modify their state
