The EPUB build fails on Helios due to version constraints that require features from Indigo or later. If possible version constraints should be lowered.

I have pushed a review here: https://git.eclipse.org/r/6242. Torkild please let me know if you have any concerns. I verified that all bundles compile with a the mylyn-e3.6.target without code changes.
