The SWT / Swing / HTML toolkit components which require a default mapping, such as Application and MenuBar still use the old package names "com.bredexsw.guidancer.autserver.swing.implclasses".

They were deleted during the change in the default mapping.

I have verified, that the old packenames do not exist anymore.
