The BREE should be set to J2SE-1.5 unless a different BREE is required. Every bundle needs to include an about.html file.

Torkild, can you review https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/6236/ ? It's important that the about.html files list any included third party libraries or code.

I have already gone ahead and pushed the change to the feature.xml in a15fdec27280a0f938678cbb4a1348fd081ae5fd since the build was broken on Eclipse 3.6: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/mylyn-integration/TARGET=helios,ppc64=hudson-slave7(ppc64)/41/
