When I run a new build and go to a page for the first time, I'm seeing a lot of "Reject has already been called" errors in the console.  The page stays white and I end up having to reload the page to see it.  (It's possible that the page would have eventually come up, I'm not sure).

Simon knows the reason (something about plugins being loaded more than 2 seconds after the page loads)

I've changed the timeout to 5 seconds now. A reject could still happen however it would nearly certainly indicate a real problem as opposed to a slow loading plugin.
