Description
David Williams
Oleg, did we determine these tests weren't really valid? PW Running locally, tests take a while and may appear to be hung. A good portion of those tests deal with WorkbenchAdvisor and fails. David, we can't address these tests in the short term, we need you to remove them from the main automated test test.xml in 4.2. I think that comes from eclipse.platform.releng.eclipsebuilder/eclipse/buildConfigs/sdk.tests/testScripts/test.xml I'm also going to update our test.xml in o.e.ui.tests to call the API test suite. PW (In reply to comment #3) > David, we can't address these tests in the short term, we need you to remove > them from the main automated test test.xml in 4.2. I think that comes from > eclipse.platform.releng.eclipsebuilder/eclipse/buildConfigs/sdk.tests/testScripts/test.xml > Ok, I've opened bug 380553 to put in the "releng workaround" for RC3, and we'll leave this bug open for "real fix" (I'm assuming). Thanks for taking a look. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie. |
