We need a couple of new build jobs for running builds on the release branch independently from those running on master.

new jobs on main Hudson:
- jgit-stable as a copy of jgit
- egit-stable as a copy of egit
- egit-github-stable as a copy of egit-github

new job on sandbox Hudson:
- egit-stable.gerrit as a copy of egit.gerrit
