Start Controls Demo -> Table tab. Drag the horizontal sash to make the Table smaller. Make sure that the mouse cursor is moving over the table when resizing. Use the vertical scrollbar to scroll the table. There is a hover effect on one of the items.

As soon as you move the mouse over back to the table, the hover state is corrected. I would consider this a very minor issue.

Sure... that's correct. I think that it is a minor issue too.
