Using orion.eclipse.org I20120514-2230

1. Create a new local branch.
2. Create a new file, and open the file in the Orion editor.
3. From another tab, commit the file and switch back to the master branch.
4. Return to the tab with the editor and press 'Save'.

An error like this appears in the JS console, but nothing is visible in the UI:

PUT http://orion.eclipse.org/file/Dd/harbl.txt 500 (File not found: /home/admin/current/eclipse/serverworkspace/mm/mmacdonald/Dd/foo.txt.)
