The patch being backported in bug 376734 contains UI tests that also need to be backported, otherwise they will fail. The patch https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=214395 contains the update to ImportOrganizeTest

The initial patch was missing the copyright update. Fixed that.
