The site server API currently requires a 'Workspace' field. This stores a workspace id that the site configuration is associated with. This is unnecessary, and should be removed.

Mapped files and folders within a site are identified by their location (relative to the file servlet), and those locations are sufficient to validate access rights and fetch the file.
