Improve Ant. Eclipse should allow the option of running Ant in a separately-
specified JVM. The Ant editor should support refactoring inside Ant scripts.

I didn't see this one due to the broad subject when I created bug 46506.  I 
would suggest that this one be broken apart (or this one just deals with the 
separate JVM issue), since I have a lot more specifics in 46506 with 
refactoring.

Refactoring did not get implemented for 3.0
Nothing more planned for 3.0

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
