Description Jim des Rivieres CLA 2003-05-15 11:19:34 EDT
Improve SWT accessibility support. In Eclipse 2.1, SWT controls tap in to the
MSAA 1.3 accessibility support, allowing accessible UIs to be built with SWT
on Windows. SWT accessibility support should be extended to GTK operating
environments, and updated on Windows for MSAA 2.0. [SWT]

I have been using Eclipse 3.0 M3 for a while now and it feels better (a little)
in 3.0M3 than 2.1. But I would still like some support on

1) trees - currntly shift+right arrow opens it and shift+right arrow closes it.
Backspace focuses on the parent of the current node. Could you please make it
compatible with Windows - left/right arrow to open and if right arrow is pressed
repeatedly then the focus will travel to the parents while closing the nodes
themselves.

2) The Java Perspective - On windows SWT we can press shift+tab to select and
change the current working set. On GTK I have to use the mouse.

3) Switching Tabs - is quite cumbersome. When the focus is on the tab and I
press right/left arrow to switch tabs - nothing happens. I have to go to the mouse.

Thanks
