As I mentioned in bug 319704 (comment #41), the changes to the Run + Debug toolbar items are expected, they are part of the fix to bug 317182, and are now correctly located in the launch action set. (In reply to comment #1) Yes, that's fixed. But there's still a startup button ordering problem that gets fixed on the first restart.
