Improve PDE editors. The various PDE multi-page editors should be improved: 
add code assist and code completion to XML source page editors; do not 
automatically reformat the XML when changes are made in form pages; change 
implementation so that all editor pages are based on the same, shared, model 
and refactor to pull out common code.

Hey Wassim, why don't we close this one... this can never be fixed.

Plus, with all the recent PDE editor enhancements, we can close this one.

agreed.

smart editing models, content assist, hyperlinking, etc. are all there in the plug-in editor now.

As for other PDE editors (ie. feature/site/schema), they are tracked under bug 140520
