4.2-I20120404-0051 (worked in M6).

1. start new workspace
2. Window > Show View > Other...
==> everything is disable, can't open other views

I think it is a duplicate of bug 375066. The fix is in the master, but the
I20120404-0051 build is not picking up up-to-date version, which, I believe is
a known problem (bug 355430 comment 77).
