Version: 4.2.0

Steps:
1. create Java class
2. create a Java breakpoint
3. select it in the breakpoints view
4. right-click on it
5. notice the 'Resource Configurations' submenu.

Not sure if this is expected or not. According to platform UI the contributing command is:

[org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.renderers.swt.HandledContributionItem(id=org.eclipse.cdt.ui.excludeCommand.menu), org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.renderers.swt.HandledContributionItem(id=org.eclipse.cdt.ui.deleteConfigsCommand.menu)]

I'm seeing the Resource Contributions menu incorrectly appear in a number of places, including an empty project explorer in the Java perspective, and in the problems view. It's also appearing in a number of PTP views. As far as I can tell, this shouldn't be happening.

I've upped the importance of this since it needs to be fixed for Juno.
