The context menu on a class in the hierarchy view should look almost the same as
	the context menu in the packages view. If you compare the two menus, you will see
	that some of the items are in a different order (Open With & Open Hierarchy Perspective),
	some of the items need a bit of menu consistency design (Refactor/Rename/Copy/Move/Delete)
	and some items are missing from the hierarchy view (Manage/Compare With/Replace With/Properties).

NOTES:

	The menu order should be made more consistent.

	The rest is already in correct order.

Menus are now consistent. Only Run/Debug are not yet available but will come as
soon as Debugger team changes its view contribution to an object contribution.
