After changing the severity for Window->Preferences->Java Persistence->JPA->Errors/Warnings, Queries and generators, “Invalid or incomplete JPQL queries", the JPQL queries are no longer validated. The problem is not displayed as a warning or info.

Verified you can change the Invalid or incomplete JPQL queries status in the Preferences dialog and it updates the project correctly per the status.  (Error, Warning, Info and Ignore).  See the link to view test steps for verification. http://wiki.eclipse.org/Dali_3.2_M7
