Changes near the end of 0.4 made git-repository laggy. This page is so critical that it performance is debilitating for the over all usability of Orion. I find I can't even use orionhub any more.

The git/git-repository.html layout is moving towards asynchronous content loading which enhances the repository page performance, e. g. bug 384955. Closing, because since 0.4 we have separate and detailed bugs on performance in 1.0M2.
