At the end of 0.4 I received some blueprints from our visual designer with specs for link margins, spacing, etc. in the header (as well as other areas).

For 0.5 M1 I'd like to spend some time bringing us up "to spec" minimally for:
- header
- toolbar

Anton has made some changes here, and will be talking to Linda about some further changes.  I think it's best to move this bug to Anton (but you can close if you want a different way of tracking what to do here.)

We've changed the header significantly. I have a standing meeting with Linda, so I'll take Susan up on the suggestion of closing this bug ( to help me manage my bug list ) and work with Linda via the bi-weekly meetings and ad-hoc as necessary.
