I setup Apache 2.0 + DAV module and using it for editing jsp files.
In httpd.conf I set
AddType text/plain;charset=koi8-r .jsp
But on Windows client computer encoding for Russian text is cp-1251.
Then - Eclipse DAV component don't recode koi8-r document to cp-1251 but
encoding set for it. This is example for DAV traffic taken by tcpdump.
