While updating the doc for Extending the Navigator I uncovered the fact that the sampleCommandsPlugin.html references missing icons.

The 'gear' icon is still there so the simple fix it to simply us it for the commands.

fixed while working on bug 370014 and bug 372749.
Those missing images were littering my console while working on huge changes.
Sorry, didn't see this patch until I had come here to copy the bug number/push, so I just pushed what I had.
