As of bug 365633, the entrypoint extension point has a new attribute "path". The RAP launcher should somehow support selecting entrypoints that use this attribute instead of the old "parameter" attribute.

With the fix for bug 372323, the "Main" tab of the RAP launcher has been redesigned. The browse buttons and fields (servlet path and startup parameter) validation have been removed in order to support entry points registered by path. The startup parameter (in "Main" tab) has been marked as deprecated.
