An eventual fix for bug 372020 will use the key from org.eclipse.pde.internal.core.project.BundleProjectService [1] to retrieve an importer from properties of an import description. Would moving the constant to ScmUrlImportDescription in Team make sense to you guys? That would require a minor change in the BundleProjectService, no extra import required.
