More than one slideout opened none

From time to time on FF when slideout opens for Fetch command I can't get it closed. The "X" button doesn' work, "..." opens the extra window, but doesn't close the slideout. What is more when you do the Fetch again you'll get a second slideout opened.

This is the error in logs when you try to close the slideout:
TypeError: key is null
var realKey = key[this.keyIdPropertyName];
collections.js (line 233)

Usually when it happens you don't have the slideout pointer (______ instead of ____^_), like it wasn't assigned to any node.
Refreshing the page fixes the problem.

Based on the picture, this looks like the tooltip dialog we use for object contributions (vs. a toolbar or section level slideout).

This means it's something in the command framework rather than the repo page slideout implementation.

I'm fairly certain this is opening in sectional slideouts since 0.4RC1 so probably we can close this bug?
