Ctrl+Shift+H to open commit on IE9 will open the slideout and the history window.

Ctrl+Shift+H on FF opens browser history.  But maybe it's because of the current failure in bug 400599.

This is an old defect, the minimum for Microsoft Internet Explorer is now version 10.
