I noticed the problem while fixing Bug 371400. I have two link scanners registered and unfortunately the Bugzilla one was the second. I looked at the code and there is TODO entry saying "//TODO: support multiple scanners by picking the scanner with the first match" but I couldn't find any bug to track that.
