1. Create a folder called 'foo'
2. Create a new site configuration.
3. Click "Add" and choose 'foo' from the list. Save.
4. Go back to the navigator and delete foo.
5. Reload the site editor. You'll see an "X" and beside it, the project Id of foo is shown. 

This is not very helpful. It should instead refer to it as "foo".
