self-hosting on orion.eclipse.org (HEAD is at 3e95ae9ad0cf4a976)

1. Go to the Navigator (or any other page)
2. Press 't'
3. The OpenResourceDialog does not appear.

This was working correctly as of I20120208-2230

I fixed this before seeing this bug (Libing pinged me).
