I am creating this issue on behalf of project Stardust wich is currently working on the setup of its build infra structure.

We are reusing several Libraries from orbit and would need these to be made available in the repository "Obit" at maven.eclipse.org. The following is the list of dependencies needed (syntax: CQ for Project Stardust | Library and version (PB CP in OPrbit)):

maven.eclipse.org was decommissioned via bug 405750 and replaced with
repo.eclipse.org.
