While under normal usage the task list index should be maintained automatically, there are rare cases where the task list index could become out of sync with the task list.  The user at times may wish to reindex the task list to resolve the issue.  Adding a menu item to the task list that would cause the index to be rebuilt would provide a way to do this.

I have committed d4342368bf96c30d21545e9d4bbfcd4e25d1f961 to resolve this. An action "Refresh Search Index" is now available from the Task List view menu.
