EDT need to set the compiler parameter for each EGL part/package generated by service/library wizard for data access correctly.

For example:
For Service part/package: use Java Compiler
For Common part/package: use Java & JavaScript Compiler

Another page might need to be added into the wizard to specify the compiler parameter

Need to investigate it based on the solution for defect 362559
