Currently, the Papyrus import references external models, which silently remain in read-only mode.

These referenced model should be writable whenever this is possible (ie. when the file is writable).

The user should also have the possibility to import a model by copying it into the current model (Both semantic and graphical elements).

Copy is possible but only the UML data are copied. Diagrams are not copied which is considered as a bug if I follow the first comment "The user should also have the possibility to import a model by copying it into the current model (Both semantic and graphical elements)."
