When exporting a UML Model on which a local profile is applied, we should offer the user the possibility to package its profile in a plug-in, instead of distributing it in the workspace.

The UML Model should be updated in order to be able to retrieve the profile from the newly created plug-in.

Initial contribution in r9082 -> r9085 in both the Branch 0.9.X and Trunk, as an extra plug-in
