RAP applications are not rendered correctly in Internet Explorer 9 64 Bit. IE9 32 Bit works fine

If you try e.g. http://rap.eclipsesource.com/rapdemo/examples you can see:

- missing right and bottom borders on input fields and buttons
- cut edges on ovals in the canvas demo
- missing parts in the oscilloscope widget

In our application (Ralf Sternberg and Tim Buschtoens know it) we have the following additional issues
- disturbing extra borders around composites and table headers
- dotted lines are not displayed in our customized oscilloscope widget

Since it might be possible that some of our customers may stick to that specific browser we must address this issue. Do you have any experiences with these issues?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try http://rap.eclipsesource.com/rapdemo/examples in IE 9 64 Bit
2. Take a look at input fields, ovals in the canvas demo and the lines in the osci demo

This should be fixed with bug 270397. The examples demo is not yet updated to this include change, could you try again with 1.5M5?

Thank you for the feedback. I tried to run our app in RAP 1.5 but it just didn't work.

However, I found out that some configuration stuff has changed. I'll adapt the steps from the RAP FAQ. Then I'll give you more feedback.
