I have tried this but could not reproduce this problem. Do you have any specific settings for your project? The .settings folder contains project specific settings like file specific encodings and the compiler preferences.Do your files require different encoding than the workspace? Have you installed any plugins in this Eclipse? Do you think the .settings folder got deleted for all the projects which haven't been deleted? Please reopen the bug if you have more details. Verified for 3.8 M7. |
