The description of the Eclipse project on the "File a Bug" page is out-of-date. It currently says:

The Eclipse Project - Eclipse SDK and Platform, SWT, RCP, JDT, PDE: http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/

I would suggest adding Orion to that list of components.
